Moreton Bay Indigenous Business Month Luncheon
Regional Development Australia Moreton Bay invites First Nations business owners and their non-Indigenous allies, To Gather, Together to celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses in our city with a Luncheon on October 31st, 2023.
The event will feature Darren Godwell, Chief Executive Officer of i2i Global Pty Ltd, as the keynote speaker. Darren is a highly esteemed Indigenous executive with extensive experience in various fields, including executive leadership, tourism, investment, trade, education, health, legal affairs, and international development. He has a global background, having worked for Bertelsmann AG, served as an Advisor to the World Bank, and is currently a Member of the Australian New Zealand Indigenous Business Network. He has completed Executive Education at INSEAD in France and MIT Sloan School of Management and was appointed Co-Chair of the National Indigenous Reference Group by Minister Ken Wyatt in 2022. Darren is also the Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of the Indigenous Network for Investment, Trade, and Export.
